DAMON HILL TESTS KA AT BRANDS HATCH
Former F1 Champ takes to the track at the wheel of EnduroKA
Thu 07 November 2019
Former F1 champion Damon Hill swapped single-seaters for a Ford KA today (Thursday 7th November), and took it for a spin round the track in preparation for next weekend's (16/17 November) IndyKa 500 at Brands Hatch, when the Al Most Racers team will pilot the car and raise money for his The halow project charity.
The car is liveried in the red and gold of Alan Mann Racing, the same as the Ford driven by Hill's F1 champion father Graham, and Damon wished the team luck for next Sunday's eight-hour race as he lapped the circuit.
EnduroKA 'Indy, KA 500' will see the cars compete throughout the weekend on the Indy circuit, with the Champion of Brands, MSVT Trackday Trophy and Trackday Championship also on the bill. Advance adult weekend tickets are £20, or £12 per day, available until midday on Wednesday.
