Snetterton was the scene for EnduroKA’s yearly 12-hour contest, with StuBurn Racing claiming their first EnduroKA win of the year. Qualifying saw a dominant display from Octane Junkies, setting a string of fastest laps throughout the session. AI Most Racers would have other ideas, however, narrowly edging them out by 0.184s to secure pole position.
StuBurn Racing would have to work hard for their win from sixteenth on the grid, with well-timed pit stops and faultless driving the key to their success. The race got off to a flying start with frantic battles up and down the grid with original fifth place starters Team Viking enjoying race leading duties at the one-hour mark. Meanwhile, StuBurn Racing’s stellar opening stint saw them pick their way through the pack to fourth.
By the race’s midway point the classification had changed numerous times with IP Racing, Deranged Motorsport, and Octane Junkies all enjoying turns at the front of the pack. StuBurn Racing would continue to perform, picking their way through the pack and into the lead of the race.
Unfortunately two safety car periods would prevent the #100 car from extending their advantage, eventually crossing the line just 6.296s ahead of Octane Junkies. Deranged Motorsport finished in third, taking the final step of the podium.
IP Racing finished in fourth and Joyce Design rounded out the top five.
Other notable hard chargers include the #20 Mooretini car of 2020 MSVT SuperCup and MSVT TrackDay Championship champions, blasting their way from 20th to finish in 11th.
