Getting to know more about #28...

The time has come for our third Team TracKA of the year! This is the short, lighthearted interview series where we get to better know the teams that comprise the EnduroKA grid, through a series of questions and a quick 'This or That' game. 

Next up to face the spotlight is Will Dendy! A current EnduroKA and GT Cup competitor, Will is a familiar face to many in the paddock and currently co-runs the #28 KA - Vpex Motorsport.

Thanks Will for taking the time to introduce the team.

Interview:

• Are you able to introduce yourself and your team?

I’m Will Dendy, and I run Vpex Motorsport, together with Valentino Nicastro. We run with the fantastic guys at Autotech and we’re named after Valentino’s steering wheel trimming business, Vpex Trims. We’d like to think of ourselves as a fast and fun loving bunch!

• What drew you to EnduroKA?

I raced EnduroKA at Brands last year and absolutely loved it! I wanted to continue and we saw a great car for sale near to me, so I bought it! Stuart is always good humoured and does a great job running the series too, in my opinion.

• How does the series stack up against other things you’ve raced in?

I’m racing a McLaren GT car this year and KA is much more fun, and more competitive!! You have to be on the top of your game to be in the top 10 in KA but I’m on the podium and winning regularly in GT Cup.

• What’s your favourite EnduroKA moment?

Leading and fastest lap at the 24 hour at Anglesey was our highlight, but honestly the laughs and social at every meeting is a close second.

• What would be your dream EnduroKA race venue?

Monaco

Red Bull and Super Max!

• Brands Hatch GP or Donington Park GP?

Brands GP for sure, bouncing over Dingle Dell never gets old!

• Ynys Mon 24 or 12 Heures du Norfolk ?

Got to be the 24!
